Key Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.) is highly advantageous. 

Licensing:

  • Possession of a Standard Credential with specialization in Speech and Hearing Service, or other relevant credentials.
  • Active Washington State license.
  • Preferred: Active ASHA CCCs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with parents and school teams to identify students in need of communication assessments.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ communication abilities through tests, interviews, and observations.
  • Create and execute tailored educational plans (IEPs) for students, in compliance with all legal standards, alongside parents and school teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress.
