West Texas Centers Little Lives Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) is looking for a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY Intern to provide speech-language pathology services to ECI children birth to 3 years old. Speech Therapy CF Intern - Starting salary $65,000
Speech Language Pathologist - Starting salary $85,000
Optional remote/hybrid work available.
The SLP or CFY Intern job duties include:
- have knowledge of speech delays and/or communication disorders in children birth to 3 years old
- assessing, diagnosing, treating communication disorders in children birth to 3 years old
- obtain ongoing training for treating communication disorders in children birth to 3 years old
- open to training in assessing and treating swallowing disorders in children birth to 3 years old
- participating in initial and ongoing developmental assessments, Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP) planning and communicating with an interdisciplinary team regarding progress and changes as needed with ECI client
- traveling to child's natural environment to provide services
- engage and train parents on treatments and strategies to assist in their child's progression and development
- proficiency with computers and programs such as Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- clinical documentation that meets Medicaid and state requirements.

Position Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY Intern
- Previous experience in pediatric clinical and home health settings (not required)
- Possess documentation needed to apply for a Speech-Language Pathology - Intern License, if applicable
