The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our team in Elizabeth City, NC! 

Job Details:

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week on-site
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitoring student's progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology 
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
