As part of our mission to pave the way for childrenâs success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking full-time or part-time Clinical Fellows or Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for charter school students.
These positions are for the upcoming school year.
Clinical Fellow/Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:
- Availability of at least 3 days per week (for part-time) preferred
- Direct and indirect time
- Manageable caseloads available for elementary, middle or high school students
Clinical Fellow/Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range:
- Clinical Fellow: $50-60 per hour
- Speech-Language Pathologist: $68-$75 per hour
Clinical Fellow/Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey
- School Certification in the state of New Jersey
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical Fellow/Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
- Assisting in evaluations and provide appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for studentsâ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing IEPs.
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting, as required.
