Must have CCC & Acute Care/ Medical Therapist and MBS/ Video Swallows

Speech/Language Pathologist, Acute
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: SLP-NH
Certifications: ASHA-American Speech Language Hearing Association(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
