Pay Rate: $1617.60 - $1863.76

SHIFT: Days, Tues. - Sat. 8a-430p, weekends and holidays as needed

REQUIRMENTS:
Speech Therapy License in MO
BLS
Previous travel exp preferred
ALL TRAVELERS:
MUST live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying
If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years
A Speech-language pathologist (SLP) evaluates and treats patients in the acute medical setting. The speech pathologist provides services to patients of all ages as ordered immediately post trauma, surgery, acute medical event or exacerbation. Speech pathologists assist patients to reach their highest level of function in the areas of communication and swallowing. The SLP makes recommendations for the next level of care and also provides education and to patients and their families. Speech pathologists participate in specialty teams including pediatric, neonatal care, assistive technology, and endoscopic voice/swallowing assessments.Licenses and certs: active Speech Therapy license in Missouri, BLS
