The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, providing exceptional therapy services to students in a school-based setting in Saint Paul, MN. This part-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

In this role, the ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Based on these assessments, they will develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Therapy services will be delivered both individually and in group settings, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals. The Speech-Language Pathologist will closely monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology 
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in CA
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
