The Invo-Progressus team has an exciting full-time, year-round opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with both virtual and in-person options available in Prince George's County, MD! This role allows you to work with young children either directly in the community or from the comfort of your home, helping them improve their communication skills and reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapy, either virtually or in-person, to help young children improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement personalized goals to address each child’s speech and language needs.
- Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and administrators to support each child’s progress, regardless of the service delivery model.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- State licensure or the ability to obtain it.
- A commitment to driving positive outcomes for children.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in schools or working with children is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to deliver services virtually or in person, depending on client needs.
