Pay Rate: $1983.94 - $2285.85
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist needed asap
Shift Length: 8 hours
Shift Notes: M-F, 8a-5p
Assignment Length:13 weeks
Hospital:Riverside Pediatric Therapy
Location:Bourbonnais - IL
Certifications: BLS, Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Certificate via ASHA
Notes: 2 year(s) of experience required;
IL LIc required
Medical Solutions Sub, cannot have gaps more than 30 days and MUST have references within the past year- no exceptions. Common Spirit facilities require all certs & license emailed with sub.
Required Qualifications
Certifications: BLS, Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Certificate via ASHA
