Speech & Language Pathologist - Home Health - (SLP - HH)
StartDate: 7/22/2024
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1640.69 - $1890.36
Need HH SLP in HI
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of Home Health and Oasis experience
HI license must be in hand.
CLN will have to follow COVID travel & testing rules per The Queen's Health System & the State of Hawaii: : a 72 hr or day 1 test is required for all travelers, even if they are fully vaccinated then they will need a day 5 test. They must complete the travel risk form and email the form along with the 72hr test result and copy of covid vaccine card to qmccovidexemption@queens.org. They will receive a response stating they are cleared. The 72hr or day 1 test is needed to return back to work.
