What You’ll Do

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Invo Healthcare, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of school-aged children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders.
  • Therapy Implementation: Provide tailored SLP therapy for children with communication impairments or delays.
  • IEP Team Collaboration: Serve as a vital member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team, setting goals and objectives for each child’s educational plan.
  • Record Keeping and Coordination: Maintain accurate records and collaborate with school personnel and parents to develop effective programs.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.

Qualifications

To be part of our team, you must:

  • Hold a master’s degree from an ASHA-accredited university.
  • Have active state-level licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required.
