Enhanced Living Therapy, PLLC is seeking a qualified and highly motivated speech language pathologist Assistant to join our team and provide services at our Miami Sunset Location. Applicants must have at least 3 months of pediatric experience and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team. We currently have full-time and part-time positions available.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant will work under the supervision of a fully licensed Speech Language Pathologist and implement treatment plans or protocols for patients with various medical conditions including Autism, ADHD, CP, speech delays, and Down Syndrome as directed by the supervisor. In addition, the Speech Language Pathologist Assistant will assist in the remediation or development of speech and language skills, document patient’s progress toward meeting established goals, create home programs for the family, and assist the speech-language pathologist in conducting screenings or assessments of language, voice, fluency, articulation, or hearing.
Requirements (Must Haves!)
o A graduate of an accredited program (an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in a speech-language or communication disorders program)
o Valid professional license in the State of Florida
o Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
o Fluent in Spanish
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours); Part-time (20+ hours); most work at the facility, some work in the morning at private/public schools and daycares; Telehealth
Available Shifts: Day-Evening, Monday – Thursday 9am- 7pm
