Pay Rate: $1928.32 - $2112.94



SLP - Rehab needed asap for 13 weeks
REQUIRED SKILLS: Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
approximately 2-3 weekend days per month as needed. 2 years of experience required. Certifications required: Licensed Speech/language pathologist. FL license must be on profile. BLS required. We do have patients on ventilators in our ICUs. The SLPs work closely with respiratory therapy. EMR: Epic. Scrub Color: Hunter Green. Prior travel preferred. HWL Prescreen interview, manager final interview and offer.
Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does.



Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Rehab
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: SLP-FL
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); ASHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
