BLS, CO License or Compact License required
EMR: EPIC

JOB DESCRIPTION: SLP working primarily with outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults and some subacute inpatient coverage as needed & modified barium swallow studies.
We are a 25 bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO (just 45 miles west of Steamboat Springs, CO Ski Resort).
Required Qualifications
BLS, CO License or Compact License required
