Your Leadership Role
As the Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology, you will:
• Drive strategic goals in collaboration with senior leadership to enhance clinical outcomes and organizational growth.
• Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated clinicians, fostering a culture of learning, fun, and excellence.
• Implement innovative programs and systems to elevate care quality and efficiency.
• Serve as a key liaison between clinical teams and C-suite leaders to align operations with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.
• Oversee professional development initiatives, including CEU planning, skills trajectory mapping, and leadership grooming.
• Represent TLC Pediatric Therapy across all interactions with stakeholders and shareholders in the community.
Key Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology, including a minimum of 4 years in leadership with demonstrated outcomes.
• Active Speech-Language Pathology License and CCC certification (required).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex initiatives, and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
