I loved her examples. I think every group therapy session should start with a mindfulness activity. If I had to do over for all my years of therapy, mindfulness and yoga activities would have been part of each session.

Presenter appeared knowledgeable and enthusiastic but there were no video examples or visuals demonstrating how this can be applied in the therapy session. Just verbalizing ideas isn't particularly helpful. Referred to many resources or ideas without examples - for example, what is a yoga story to tell children? Being a yoga teacher, I'm familiar with various poses but for those who aren't familiar, there weren't any descriptions of poses, just multiple references to the warrior poses.
