I loved this course. I think as SLPs we have been doing this all along but not calling it yoga or mindfulness. It is a great way to redirect overactive children and refocus them at the task in front of them. It is doing so in a positive and more proactive approach rather than using consequences or punishment for overactivity.

Presenter appeared knowledgeable and enthusiastic but there were no video examples or visuals demonstrating how this can be applied in the therapy session. Just verbalizing ideas isn't particularly helpful. Referred to many resources or ideas without examples - for example, what is a yoga story to tell children? Being a yoga teacher, I'm familiar with various poses but for those who aren't familiar, there weren't any descriptions of poses, just multiple references to the warrior poses.
