I prefer journal articles so that I may refer back as needed in the future. I appreciate the factoids about this Generation Z though there are quite a few things about this generation that make me pause. That probably makes me the exact audience that this article was written for. It clarifies for me what this generation expects and how they tend to move through life for better or worse.

I never really explored what the difference in generations meant to learning and teaching. It was easy to classify someone as lazy, entitled, or bossy. This opened my eyes to the idea that I need to approach clinicians and students differently to account for their experience.

I have brought out technology into my therapies and noted the students “come to life.” This is true whether this is a session with a student who’s typical or has a do of autism or mod dev delay. It’s been hard to believe what I’m seeing. Now I start to understand it and actually intentionally incorporate it. TY

This is information that I can use immediately. There were so many "aha!" moments. It reinforced my thinking of why some current therapy activities work and why some do not. It also made me think of ways I need to change my therapy in order to better help my students. I want to share this information with others because I think it can reduce some of the current frustrations in education. Thank you for this course!

I found this to be informative and humorous at the same time. It amused me to see explanations for the behavior and learning style of my youngest child. She is now 25. I am now supervising internships and even working with people from her high school graduating class. I can understand her ways a little bit more, and incorporate some of the info I learned in this course with students I am or will supervise.
