I am a BB - born in 1962! And now I am supervising and/or having Gen Z colleagues. This course was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me understand the generational differences, how their generational characteristics are different from mine BUT NOT WRONG, and this will tremendously impact how I approach and view my CF student this upcoming year!!! I really benefited from the information presented in this workshop! It was excellent!

Loved this course! It is so important to understand that generational learning differences are just that, different, not bad or wrong and that we must adapt, as hard as that may be at times, if we truly want to make the most impact. My 4 kids and all of my nieces and nephews are all Gen Z'ers. This helped me understand them better!

I learned that we, as instructors, need to use Gen Z students knowledge of technology to our advantage. The instructor for this course taught the material in an easy, understandable manner.

This was one of the best courses that I have taken. I work with students at the undergraduate and graduate level and supervise them in clinic. Many of the examples given, I have experienced with my students especially with the demands of responding to emails quickly. I have taken advantage of learning so much technology stuff from my students. Using simulations have been a great learning tool for our students and incorporating guided discussions and group activities for them to collaborate.
