Nicole provided factual and insightful information about what trauma is and how it affects our behavior and learning, so we can keep that in mind for our clients as well as to have more understanding of ourselves. She provided excellent visual information to assist in comprehension of the material. I liked that she emphasized self care as being vital. Burn out is real and my favorite take away is that trauma causes a loss of connection.
