This was a very interesting topic and I'm so glad I was able to learn about it. It was great that she has combined yoga with literacy which children will already be exposed to in school settings.

For me, this course was a throwback to my undergraduate study of speech-language pathology as I have always worked primarily with an adult population since graduation, but was a thoroughly enjoyable review of literacy and language development. The incorporation of yoga with reading is a delightful way to help get the wiggles out of the youngest children in preparation for story time.
