Very valuable information. However, given the complexity of the ethical issues discussed, I believe knowledge of what the various sources (COE, State Medicare/Medicaid Boards, State Licensure Board) of information contain is important in order to know what sources offer the clearest information.

The presenter gave various scenarios to practice ethical decision making skills. I thought the review section of the presentation was longer than needed. I also thought that some of the suggestions for who to contact or where to gather information about specific situations was confusing (the presenter gave multiple places where one could gather information, but on the exam, asked for only one "right" answer).

I tend to get worried about whether I'm going to "get in trouble", even though I try to stay up to date and have ethical intentions. The way that the instructor presented the course was really empathetic, and fact-based, rather than alarmist. I really appreciate that as someone who has anxiety!

This model of review of the data presented in the previous course, an ethical framework, and case study could have worked well, but the considerations and framework were inconsistently applied to the case studies and the case studies presented were overly simplistic and difficult to apply to real practice. Why was there no available follow up data? For example, once I complete step 2 of the framework, I should be equipped with the data needed for step 3.
