Good overall course for me. Great for those who are feeling burnout and new therapists joining the field. Offered some surface level options to incorporate in day-to-day practice and expressed the importance of being mindful of ourselves and our needs.

I immediately sent this to other fellow SLPs. Courses like this are not offered enough to SLPs and can really improve our daily lives in a field that can lead to high stress and burnout. These were very valid and easily applicable solutions to the high stress we all feel.

This was truly an excellent course. It was comforting to know that I'm obviously not the only one trying to cram as much work as possible during the day, working through lunches, bringing work home, and becoming increasingly stressed. I plan to try batching, and I also will be more aware of break times and work/home transitions. I'm thankful that the presenter shared her own experiences and these strategies.

I would love to see more content like this. I think so many SLPs experience a high level of stress and we're inundated with a lot of "practice mindfulness" which is nice and all but I think most of use want real, black and white solutions. This course is a good start.

This course was excellent. It really makes me re-think the way I manage my time and workload. I really appreciate the info about batching, which could be really helpful. I'm also re-considering how the large amount of work-spillage into my everyday life is really harming me and in turn, my practice. And- I'm a little bummed that "crying in the car" was not listed as a current strategy for coping with stress. I do it, often. Maybe I won't as much after this course.
