The presenter managed to pack in so much information in such a short time! This information was particularly interesting to me, as my younger brother ( who was supposed to be 2 years plus younger than me, but is 22 months younger) was a premature baby, and as his older sister I had a lot to understand and to accept. Through understanding the various underlying causes, perhaps I will be more sympathetic to him!

I'm a little biased maybe, as my twins were born at 30 weeks and spent 2 months in the NICU. And I guess it was a good "overview" of possible complications, but I feel like some things could have been expanded upon a little more.

As the mother of a 22-year-old born at 26 weeks with extensive disabilities I thought Rhonda did an excellent job presenting how the large variety of health issues experienced in these babies impacts every area of their development. I work almost exclusively with feeding and learned a few new things when I wasn't sure how much more I could learn! I'll definitely look for more of her courses.

The presenter was very easy to listen to, and the presentation was interesting and informative. I work in Early Intervention, and this course helped me realize how hard a preterm birth is on the baby as well as the family. My boys were both born full term without complications. This presentation instilled extra empathy toward babies and parents who weren't as fortunate, and it also made me appreciate how incredibly blessed/lucky I was to bring my healthy boys home after a 2 day hospital stay.
