Charlotte Bianco is a Clinical Director and Speech-Language Pathologist employed with a nationwide rehab provider since 2008. She specializes in treating older adults in the areas of cognitive-communication and loves treating individuals with aphasia while incorporating multimodal approaches that include AAC and highlight an individual’s language identity. She provides advocacy, education, consultation, and support to clinicians, and interprofessional teams in the post-acute rehab setting. It is her mission to advance the profession of speech-language pathology by improving awareness of the immense value speech-language pathologists bring to the healthcare industry and the community at large.
She graduated with a Master’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University, holds the RAC-CT credential and is a regular presenter at national and local conventions, including ASHA and Florida Leading Age. Charlotte is a member The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN®) and a member of ASHA’s Special Interest Group 15’s Professional Development Committee.
