This course helped me to get a better understanding of how to complete a proper LSA. It was true what she said about therapists having bad experiences with LSA during school and tending to avoid them at all costs. This course gave me a better insight into obtaining such data analysis. This was a great training course for therapists looking to get more knowledge and practice in LSA.

I appreciated the instructor's experience and knowledge, including her emphasis on the importance of language sampling to obtain assessment data not available through standardized tests and the practical side of language sampling for clinicians with large caseloads and limited time. I did not find the videos of the student all that helpful (perhaps shorter clips would be better) and felt like some of the information could have been presented more succinctly.

The presenter did a good job of breaking down the quantifiable elements from a language sample that can be measured, tracked and used for progress monitoring, as well as giving scenarios as to when a certain measurement would be most helpful.
