Barbara Culatta, PhD, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist who has worked in public schools, a rehab center for children, university clinics, and a dual-language (Spanish-English) early literacy program. Dr. Culatta created a language and literacy program called Systematic and Engaging Early Literacy that contains playful and hands-on activities in Spanish and English. She draws upon play, story enactments, and hands-on experiences as contexts for teaching language and literacy skills. Dr. Culatta has directed federally-funded grants and has written books, chapters, and articles on language and literacy intervention.

Lee Ann Setzer
MS CCC-SLP
Lee Ann Setzer, M.S., CCC-SLP, holds a master's degree in speech-language pathology. She has worked as a public-school speech-language pathologist, university instructor, and clinical educator and has co-published research articles on language and literacy interventions. Lee Ann currently directs an early literacy program housed at Brigham Young University: Systematic and Engaging Early Literacy.
