I found the explanations for testing the consistencies extremely helpful so I have more concrete descriptions of what each texture should look like when explaining it to staff. I also appreciate the information regarding the Mite-e Spoon, and oral aides to help with pill transit as I was not familiar with these names.

This was an excellent course because it provided great explanations of the IDDSI diet, testing, rationale, and related research. It is clear the presenter knows this information backwards and forwards as all SLPs treating patients with dysphagia should. Thank you for relaying this very important information in a clinically relevant manner.

Lots of information was included which made the session feel rushed. The slides seemed disorganized and were not labeled well. For instance, some of the slide titles were located on the top of the slide while others were located the bottom. It would be helpful to eliminate the "continuED" on the top of the slides and place the title of the slides all on the top. In addition, I'd recommend adding videos to demonstrate the testing methods.
