IDDSI: Rationale and Framework, Part 1

This is Part 1 of a two-part series about the International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative (IDDSI). The IDDSI framework was finalized in 2015 and provides more comprehensive guidelines for diet selection. This course will discuss the rationale behind developing new terminology and criteria related to dysphagia diets. (Part 2 available mid-March)
