I loved that Karen gave specific information for what we should do to develop skills, but she also gave us a wider framework for helping the student generalize the skills into other settings/parts of their life (and include other adults to do that). The information and intervention is very supportive to building success and self-confidence!

Part 2 of this course focuses on intervention. While it provides a big picture view, it also gives a specific example of EF intervention steps on a theoretical writing assignment. Being able to see the steps in action on an actual activity helps with understanding what skills we should be targeting and when. An excellent course for anyone who finds EF a broad and overwhelming topic. I actually got on Amazon and bought a timer clock for my daughter to help her with time planning.
