she was very clear, concise, and organized and thorough on the subject of the eval, she made the elements simple yet very important and conveyed basic info that is vital to know, such as what makes the difference on who to refer to, how to know whether to do speech therapy or refer for surgery, how to do the oral exam, and how to do the sound eval and what the outcomes meanshe is an excellent presenter!

In the past, I saw quite a few submucous and other clefts. However, I have not seen a child with the condition in at least 5 years. I wanted a refresher and this was the right one. Ann is always a good presenter, showing explicit drawings and videos, being able to produce incorrect sounds so the audience can hear the difference, giving a well-thought-out presentation, and, most importantly, providing strategies to use now.

This course had information that I am able to use right away in my work. The one thing that I would change is saying right away that the straw test was the instructors preferred method rather than saying that at the end of all others presented. I would not have taken notes on the others and just noted them had I known that initially.
