The content presented here was high-level and highly relevant for anyone working with individuals with dysphagia with medical complexity involving respiratory management. The factors to consider in decision making and approaching balancing patient factors and preferences with medical indications were very clear. This presenter expertly walked through a case study and answered questions around the decision-making process as a team approach.

Great review with excellent use of case study to show there is always SO much to consider, and it's never black and white. I especially appreciated how the patient's preference were weighed alongside the clinician's. I like the presenter's teaching style - very educated but not condescending.

George is very knowledgeable in this area. I unfortunately did not get to do a medical rotation in my practicums due to COVID and ended up going the educational route. I am looking to make a switch to the medical setting and trying to refresh my knowledge. I appreciate how well George explains things making it easy to follow even when it is not the attendee's area of expertise. I appreciated the "review" of the different types of respiratory mgmt modes.

I attended this course in an effort to compile a list of introductory education options for our new staff. I found this to be a great holistic introductory to the topic with areas to consider and learn more about. I only rated somewhat to questions because I already have much of this framework in my practice patterns.

The way you have outlined risk and clinical decision making based this AND the CSE is just excellent. This idea is hard to teach to CFs and other clinicians looking to advance their clinical decision making. I definitely going to look up some of the resources you have referenced to learn more about this process. Thank you.
