This was a great session on delegation of work. In my work as a speech language pathologist in the schools sometimes it is hard to delegate because of pressures from parents on wanting a speech language pathologist to be in charge of their child. This is a great discussion, and one where I will discuss with parents that there is absolutely nothing wrong with delegating to an assistant
