I think it covered some important information such a patient bias-we need to think about that and ensure it doesn't interfere with how we provide our services. Also, the understanding of who the caregiver is and the better ways to communicate with them to obtain the best outcomes for the patient.

This course was very good. It explained well the utility of caregiver training, and how this is a necessary part of the patient's care. I would recommend more examples after providing the ideas. I would also recommend labeling this as applicable to pediatric feeding/swallowing with a few examples in this area because these ideas are exactly what is needed for parent/family training in this area. And EVERY single pediatric patient must have a caregiver and thus requires caregiver training.

Great presentation. Especially appreciated the discussion about not "abandoning" our patient if they do not agree with our recommendations. I also noted the amount of information presented is important and that too many clinicians assume patients and caregivers understand the vast amount of information provided is processed and encoded into memories.
