As someone who is looking into supervising a grad student I found this framework for working as a supervisor to be very helpful. It provided me specific areas to focus on as well as strategies to make changes when needed. It was helpful to have forms that could be used to help document. If I take a student I will go back to this handout and use it to be clear about expectations and assess my supervisory style.
