I have been in many of the examples described, and my biggest obstacle is not taking things personally. This is so hard when I have felt attacked in my profession, but there are those times when I don't know what went awry. I was provided with much insight on how to improve myself, thinking, understanding and strategies to shape relationships not only with the families I work with but also with co-workers as well.
