Lindsay provided clear explanations & examples. She identified where research could support AR & also that it was difficult to provided efficacy of AR is some areas. She provided specific resources for therapy materials. She clearly id'd how a pt's audiogram was useful in selecting speech stimuli. She discussed the importance of including nonspeech sound in the AR program, especially music & environmental sounds. She described billing. It was good to hear testimony from a pt who received AR.

Excellent ideas for a variety of ways to address treatment goals. Thank you for including online resources that are currently available. After completing a number of speechpathology.com courses, I find that I prefer NOT to have the video of the instructor talking while I am reading the slides at the same time. I find this very distracting as some use backgrounds that are glitchy or other distracting office space backgrounds. I prefer a still picture of the speaker, like this presenter used.

I am both a speech/language pathologist and a cochlear implant/hearing aid user. I did my aural rehabilitation on my own. Most of this applies to how I improved my listening skills with my CI. I would say that as a consumer, the Cochlear Listening phone program proved frustrating and boring. I think there is a need for much more functional phone programs, such as doctor's offices, customer service (with different dialects), restaurant reservations, etc.
