FEES: Interpretation and Clinical Writing
Passing the scope in a (Flexible/Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) FEES is easy; interpreting what we see once the scope is in place carries the weight of the study and requires the skill of a trained SLP. This course describes the anatomy as seen during FEES. How anatomy should function during a normal swallow, the physiologic deficits seen on FEES, and how to document normal and abnormal findings are also discussed.
